I am still waiting on a couple students to turn in their school paperwork and their technology agreements. Please remember to bring those documents in as soon as possible. I will start posting pictures on our class website/blog as soon as I have all of those turned in.
I am so proud of this group and how hard they are working!

Please Note:
Specific homework is never assigned. However, students are encouraged to read, study their multiplication facts, and use Moby Max as time permits at home. I try to give an adequate amount of time for students to complete their independent work inclass. If independent work is not completed during the course of the school day, it then becomes homework. If your student is coming home with more than an hour of homework there is a high probability they are not using their class time wisely.

I am so excited about this year! I can already tell it is going to be a good one. The first few days have been spent getting to know each other and learning the policies and procedures that will set us all up for success! We will start getting into our 5th grade standards tomorrow.
Parents please make sure that you get the paperwork turned into the office as soon as possible. The additional "Parent Contact Card" and the "Get to Know You" papers are for me. I also sent home a "Technology Agreement" today. I would like to have these documents as soon as possible, but certainly understand that there is a lot to fill out at the beginning of the year.
